Shaun Landry is an actor, writer, improviser, teacher, and activist. She is a ground breaker and innovator in the improv space having founded the first African American Improv and Sketch Comedy troupe in America, Oui Be Negroes. Shaun has toured the world and performed in countless comedy festivals. She travels nationwide  teaching workshops in improv and communications.  Shaun has also served as the Festival Organizer for the San Francisco Improv Festival.

She has been politically active since 1983 with organizations and won a delegate position with Bernie Sanders in 2016 and working closely with media as a lead volunteer.

When not doing online work for political activism she performs and teaches improvisational comedy at The Pack Theater and is known for her work nationally and internationally.
